Ramblings of a Marriage Junkie – the regular fix for those committed to reviving marriage & reducing divorce!
<><><><><><><><><<><><><><><><><><<><><><>
Why do I call myself a Marriage Junkie? Because I read, write, speak, consult, train and teach on all things related to marriage!
Why do I do these things? Because I support my habit by doing them!
I’ve written a premarital workbook for engaged, seriously dating, and newly-
married couples called, Before “I Do” – Preparing for the Full Marriage Experience (view it at www.FullMarriageExperience.com). Hundreds of churches use it for their marriage prep program, including several of the nation’s largest, most innovative, and most influential churches.
Before “I Do” is also a featured premarital resource for engaged couples on the Fireproof My Marriage website.
I also train pastors and counselors, and coach churches in premarital, marriage and family ministry strategies. I head the Premarital Ministry Team for the Association of Marriage & Family Ministries.
Over the last decade, I have consulted communities on how to build local networks to strengthen marriages and families through my work with Families Northwest, and currently, California Healthy Marriages Coalition. I serve on the Community Mobilization Team for the Marriage CoMission.
Where do I get my ultimate fix? From my wife Kelli, who I live with in the foothills of Washington’s Cascade Mountains, raising our four kids.

Thanks, Jason.
I saved the link into my favorites folder so now I will check for other great resources from time to time.
How are you? Steve and I are plugging away at FamilyLife. We were moved from Church ministry to Publishing a year and a half ago.

I am very impressed by your wisdom. I used to be in the singles business, and helped about 100,000 couples meet and marry. I had no idea that by the time a couple celebrates their 10th anniversary, nearly 70% are either divorced or will live UN-happily ever after…..
